You will build strong relationships, coordinate appointments, keep records and inform customers throughout the process, visiting homes when needed to address questions and gather feedback to support customer satisfaction.

We are looking for our next Customer Liaison Officer, who will act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the delivery of improvements to their homes. You will be pivotal in delivering our mission, to create great places to live that our customers are proud to call home.

Building strong relationships with our customers, you will be coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records whilst keeping customers informed and supported throughout the process.

Where needed, you will conduct customer visits to address any queries they may have and collate customer feedback to support our customer satisfaction monitoring.
