Job Opportunity: Customer Liaison Officer

Location: West London, Site Working

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

What will you be responsible for?

As a Customer Liaison Officer, you'll support the Residential Solutions Team in delivering planned programmes across the Client property portfolio, ensuring residents and customers receive high-quality Customer Care.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating project operations by maintaining positive relationships with residents, sub-contractors, client representatives, and the Kier team.
  • Implementing community engagement activities to raise awareness of the works and available benefits.
  • Communicating with residents about planned works, scheduling appointments, and updating them on progress.
  • Conducting resident profiling surveys to understand support needs, vulnerabilities, and availability.
  • Performing pre-works home visits to explain the programme and facilitate access.
  • Assisting customers with moving and storage to prepare for works.
What are we looking for?

This role is ideal if you have:

  • Experience with housing repairs, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
  • A full UK Driver's License.
