We're looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our Residential Solutions Team based in London.

Location:

West London, Site Working

Contract:

Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate smooth project execution by maintaining positive relationships with residents, subcontractors, client representatives, and the Kier team.
  • Implement community engagement activities to raise awareness of the works and benefits.
  • Communicate with residents about planned works, schedule appointments, and update on progress.
  • Conduct resident profiling surveys to identify support needs and vulnerabilities.
  • Perform pre-works home visits to explain the process and facilitate access.
  • Assist residents in preparing for works, including moving and storage of possessions.
Requirements:
  • Experience with housing repairs, in either public or private sectors, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Full UK Driver's License.
