Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference in your community? We’re looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at BDHT, where people are at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll be the vital link between our customers, contractors, and internal teams—ensuring smooth communication and a positive experience throughout our investment and repair programmes.

You’ll:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers during planned and capital works.
  • Resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage appointments and support consultation meetings with customers and leaseholders.
  • Arrange temporary accommodation and support customers throughout the decanting process.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing or a similar sector.
  • Is a confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Can work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Is IT-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and other systems.
  • Holds a valid driving license and has access to an appropriately insured vehicle.
  • A basic DBS check will be required for this role.
