You will explore process governance, continuous improvement, data analytics, and early automation initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across the business. You should be studying or have completed a degree in data science, analytics, CS, AI, maths, or engineering.

Qualifications

• Degree in data science, analytics, CS, AI, maths, or engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data focus.
• Comfort with data, trends, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and govern customer journeys and processes.
• Gather information via stakeholder meetings and map improvements.
• QA process documentation for accuracy and currency.
• Support process repositories and governance reporting.
• Assist with mapping to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Analyse data to identify trends and support improvements.
• Support workshops, coaching, and continuous improvement culture.
• Assist with automation and AI initiatives and business cases.
