Job summary

onlyFE in Wigston is seeking a Customer Journey Co-Ordinator to manage student recruitment enquiries and applications through to enrolment. The role requires accurate data handling and timely progression of candidates.

You will join the Student Experience team to support Interview Sessions, Open Events, Tasters and Enrolment, collaborating with Marketing to promote courses and align recruitment efforts across departments.

Qualifications

  • Provide prospective and progressing students with information and general advice on courses, progression pathways, career options and future job possibilities
  • Maintain recruitment systems for tracking, processing and monitoring student enquiries, applications, interviews and offers
  • Ensure accurate data entry that is compliant with audit requirements and data protection legislation

Responsibilities

  • Understand and support all recruitment targets (funded and full cost) as set out in the curriculum plan and the medium-term business plan
  • Work flexibly within the Student Experience team to provide support and guidance throughout the year, including Interview Sessions, Open Events, Tasters and Enrolment
  • Collaborate with Campaign Leads in Marketing to ensure a joined-up approach to promotion of courses
  • Develop a positive rapport with curriculum teams to ensure support is aligned with recruitment issues

The Position:

We’re looking for a Customer Journey Co-Ordinator.

The Customer Journey Co-Ordinator plays a central role in managing all student recruitment enquiries and applications, to the point of enrolment.
