Warwick College Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Curriculum & Learner Officer to provide dedicated administrative and liaison support to the Curriculum team, guiding learners from application to progression and ensuring parents and carers are informed and supported.
The role encompasses attendance and welfare support, event coordination, progression tracking, learner feedback, and system administration using Pro-Solution and Pro-Monitor; a DBS check is required.
This role is pro rata so the salary you will be receiving is £22,330.69 per annum. For any roles that start part way through the Academic year, the annual salary will be pro rata to the remaining months.
This role is based in the UK and will be working on site in our UK based College.
In order to comply with our mandatory pre-employment checks, the successful candidate will be required to provide original identification documents in person to our UK based People Services Department.
Any offers of appointment will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (formerly CRB), a certificate of good conduct if applicable, plus receipt of satisfactory references, Occupational Health clearance, an understanding of safeguarding and qualifications verification. An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position as you will be working within 'Regulated Activity' within a specific
place (i.e. the College).

Reporting to the Head of School, the Curriculum & Learner Officer will provide dedicated, high-quality administrative and liaison support to the Curriculum team. You will act as a key point of contact throughout the entire learner journey—from initial application to successful progression—ensuring that students, parents, and carers are supported and informed.
The postholder will help the college foster a culture of high expectations and inclusivity, ensuring every student has the resources they need to achieve and progress into further study or employment.
