• Maintain and enhance the Customer Insight data model with accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT to define data requirements across systems owned by the firm and third parties.
• Produce reporting metrics and thresholds in line with relevant regulations and internal standards.
• Generate insights from MI data and enable dashboards for stakeholders across the organisation.
