Job summary

Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd is seeking a Data and Insights Lead to oversee data management and drive insights for regulatory reporting and consumer duty compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and develop evidence-based dashboards that support customer outcomes.

The role focuses on championing data-driven methodologies, building robust data infrastructure, and ensuring regulatory obligations are demonstrated through actionable metrics and reporting

Qualifications

• Requires experience in data analytics and regulatory reporting.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver insights.
• Familiarity with FCA conduct/customer requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Customer Insight Data Model to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT to address data requirements across systems and third-party sources.
• Produce metrics and thresholds for regulatory reporting.
• Develop dashboards to share insights with stakeholders.
• Perform root-cause analysis and raise queries to business owners as needed.
