Job summary

ICIS is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Data Platforms & Analytics team in London. Hybrid role, onsite at least two days per week. Lead technical discovery, design integrations of ICIS data for analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives, and collaborate with account managers to drive customer value.

You will be a customer-facing authority with hands-on SQL, Python, APIs, and modern data platforms knowledge, shaping solutions across data pipelines, AI, and enterprise architectures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with SQL and Python in customer environments.
• Experience building data pipelines and data platforms.
• Comfort discussing APIs and cloud data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer objectives and translate requirements into solutions.
• Act as technical lead through the sales process and validate concepts with customers.
• Design integration points for ICIS data into analytics and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with partners and SI to optimize data consumption across platforms.
• Provide market feedback to product and marketing to shape roadmap.
