Job summary

ICIS is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Data Platforms & Analytics in London. The role sits in a hybrid setup (minimum 2 in-office days) and partners with Account Managers to evaluate, integrate and maximise ICIS data value across analytics and AI initiatives.

You will lead technical discovery, understand customer environments and translate requirements into practical solutions that power data-driven workflows and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing authority with experience in workshops and technical discussions.
• Commercial instinct to articulate business impact of technical solutions.
• Practical understanding of AI ecosystems and AI‑driven workflows.
• Hands-on with SQL and Python; comfortable with demonstrations and PoCs.
• Familiar with cloud data architectures and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand objectives and datasets.
• Act as technical lead through the sales lifecycle and validation.
• Design integration points for ICIS data into analytics and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with partners to optimize data consumption across platforms.
• Provide market feedback to shape product strategy.
