Job summary

Mining Remediation Authority is seeking a Customer Strategy and Support Project Lead to turn customer plans and insights into coordinated action. You will work with colleagues across the organisation to maintain progress, identify issues and support practical improvements to our services.

Based in Mansfield with hybrid working (2 days on-site on average), you’ll coordinate the Customer Delivery Group, monitor related projects, and prepare clear progress updates for senior leaders and governance

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or actions, monitoring progress and keeping activity on track.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to review information, identify themes and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Effective communication and relationship-building across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Customer Delivery Group, ensuring actions are recorded, prioritised and progressed.
• Monitor customer-related projects, track milestones, risks and dependencies, escalate as needed.
• Coordinate planning and delivery of our customer survey, analyse feedback and identify themes.
• Turn customer insight into practical recommendations, action plans and improvements.
• Prepare clear progress updates and insight for senior leaders and governance groups.
