Job summary

John Lewis Partnership in Lichfield is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to deliver Partner-led service and passion for food. You will stock shelves, fulfill online orders, support Click & Collect, and keep the store tidy while working as part of a collaborative team.

Hours are varied part-time between 07:30 and 23:00 with a night premium of £3.75 per hour for night shifts. DBS checks may be required and flexibility is valued by the team.

Qualifications

• Communication skills to enable you to work effectively as part of a team and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment and ensuring shelves are full and properly placed.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for driver delivery.
• Reducing wastage by following due diligence and markdowns.
• Supporting wider shop team including checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
