Job summary

John Lewis Partnership in Warminster is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to deliver Partner-led service and passion for food. This role includes a Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for hours between 22:00 and 06:00. The position is full-time (37.5 hours) across seven days, including nights and weekends, with a temporary contract.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, enjoy working as part of a team, and be flexible to support the branch. DBS/vetting may be required as part of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and correctly located.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for driver delivery.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and dates.
• Collaborating with the shop team for checkout support and Click & Collect.
• Maintaining a safe, tidy working environment.
