John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to help deliver the Waitrose difference on every visit. You’ll provide friendly, Partner-led service and assist with shop tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

You’ll contribute to a positive customer experience, handle stock, fulfil online orders, and support the team across late-evening and weekend shifts, while upholding food safety and quality standards.

• Communication skills to enable you to work effectively as part of a team and with our customers.
• Experience in a customer facing role is welcomed.
• Interest in food and drink trends and flexible approach to support the branch.

Mansioni

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and in the right place for customers.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery to customers' doors.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and sell-by dates.
• Supporting the wider shop team including checkout and Click & Collect orders.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment with shopkeeping tasks.
