Kemp Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in the Rendlesham Area.

You will be the key link between customers, technicians, Parts and Warranty, ensuring repairs and servicing are managed efficiently and customers are kept informed throughout. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong organizational skills to handle inquiries, record keeping, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Service Department or similar customer-facing environment.
• Experience within agricultural, construction, horticultural or automotive industries is desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Confident building relationships with new and existing customers.
• Accurate record keeping, including job cards, service records and warranty administration.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to use your own initiative.
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment and making decisions when required.
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Comfortable working across both office and workshop environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the department, manage customer enquiries, coordinate with technicians and Parts, maintain accurate records and ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
• Location: Rendlesham Area
• Contract: Permanent, Full Time
• Salary: £28,000 + Bonus
