You will handle inbound calls and emails, manage orders, and assist with credits and returns while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and accurate records.

• Arrange deliveries and keep customers updated on order statuses, providing accurate information about products and services.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including scanning documents and filing.
• Handle reception duties including greeting visitors and managing post.
• Follow-up with customers for feedback and to ensure satisfaction.
