• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal; report any differences to the Manager.
• Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Be polite with delivery staff and escalate complex queries to the appropriate person.
