Booker is seeking a customer-focused team member to ensure accurate picking and efficient dispatch in a busy store environment in Derby. You will handle deliveries, check quality, and maintain packaging standards to meet delivery targets while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a can-do attitude, punctuality, and a commitment to helping customers get everything they came for, with opportunities to develop within a large retail group.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a hand held terminal.
• Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide high standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Deal courteously with delivery staff and escalate complex queries.
