Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal and flagging any differences to the manager.
• Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Be polite with delivery staff and respond to queries, referring complex issues to a supervisor.
