• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a hand-held terminal.

• Check quality and shelf life, ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently.
• Be polite with delivery staff and handle queries and complaints appropriately.
• Be on time, presentable and maintain designated pick rates.
