Job summary

Everseen is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to deploy, support, and optimize vision AI platform solutions for leading retailers. The role blends technical execution with project management across lab and customer environments.

You will work onsite and remotely to ensure seamless operation, tailor configurations, and deliver actionable reports while collaborating with internal and partner teams. A strong Linux, scripting, and networking background is essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 to 5 years in a similar role managing complex technical projects.
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50% of working time.
• Extensive Linux experience; proficient with Docker and/or Podman.
• Scripting in Bash, Python and Node.js.
• Knowledge of TCP, UDP, HTTP, WS, FTP networking basics.
• Automation tools like Ansible preferred.
• Knowledge of ELK Stack; REST, NGINX, JSON, XML; brokers (MQTT, RabbitMQ, Redis); TS/JavaScript; Kubernetes, Terraform, OpenShift.
• Strong troubleshooting across system and application layers.
• Proficient with MS 365, Jira, Smartsheet for project management.
• Excellent communication; fluent English and Spanish or German.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical assistance and troubleshooting for platform users.
• Perform maintenance, POS integration, and issue resolution to improve performance.
• Own platform performance and drive improvements through monitoring.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, tailor configurations, and deliver training.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
• Oversee deployment and monitor operation before, during, and after implementation.
• Collaborate with developers, R&D, and engineering to align performance with specs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and change records.
• Serve as escalation point for L2/L3 monitoring and tickets.
• Lead customer onboarding and project plans with senior management updates.
• Deliver product demonstrations and supported sales activities.
