Job summary

Incora is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Controller in the Spondon area to act as the voice of the customer, coordinating with suppliers to keep orders on track and deliveries timely. You will build strong supplier relationships, review performance regularly and resolve issues with pragmatic solutions.

You’ll need ERP/MRP experience, a solid MS Office toolkit, and a proactive approach to tackling challenges while supporting Incora’s values and customer-centric goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain or logistics with ERP/MRP scheduling systems.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Proficient in MS Office and AI tools (Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer and manage supplier relationships.
• Co-ordinate orderbooks with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews.
• Resolve issues and agree solutions with stakeholders.
