Job summary

Incora is seeking an Onsite Representative to manage line-side inventory, execute replenishments, and serve as the primary contact between Incora and the customer at multiple sites across Wales. The role requires careful attention to service levels and accurate data handling to support smooth operations.

You will travel between customer locations to resolve issues, receive and distribute products, and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within stock management, warehousing, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Driver's licence.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Strong IT literacy with advanced Excel skills, including spreadsheets, lookup functions, reporting, and graph creation.

• Analyse inventory and operational data to identify supply chain risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with customer and Incora health, safety, and operational procedures.
