Job summary

Incora is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Controller in the Spondon area to act as the voice of the customer, coordinating with suppliers to keep orders on track and deliveries timely. You will build strong supplier relationships, review performance regularly and resolve issues with pragmatic solutions.

You’ll need ERP/MRP experience, a solid MS Office toolkit, and a proactive approach to tackling challenges while supporting Incora’s values and customer-centric goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain or logistics with ERP/MRP scheduling systems.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Proficient in MS Office and AI tools (Copilot).

Job description

We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Supply Chain Controller (Spondon). As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business. As a Supply Chain Controller you will be the voice of the customer, working with our suppliers to manage orderbooks, providing a first-class service whilst ensuring the customer’s needs are understood and managed within our organisation. You will be the person dealing with any issues or concerns and making sure that solutions are agreed in order to support our customers to deliver on time. To do this, you will conduct supplier performance reviews whilst building and maintaining strong working relationships with your allocate supplier network.

About You

You will be an exceptional communicator, understanding and actioning customer requirements and working with suppliers to ensure deliveries are made on time. You will be able to bring with you a fantastic track record of problem solving and being resilient. We are interested in people from a Supply Chain or Logistics background with experience of working with ERP/MRP scheduling systems. This role will involve weekly travel to a variety of supplier locations so you must be in possession of a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity. Starting salary between £29,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience
