JD Sports in Ashford is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and support daily store operations with enthusiasm.

The role involves processing transactions, using in-store systems, teamwork, and following health and safety guidelines. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills will help you grow with the brand.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Responsible for achieving team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and promoting complementary items.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
