HASH, Inc. in London is seeking Forward-Deployed Engineers to build real-world AI-powered applications for enterprise customers, translating complex problems into robust technical solutions.

This highly technical, customer-facing role combines AI, systems thinking, and problem-solving, with opportunities to influence the platform and work alongside founders in a rapidly growing, open-source–driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical ability with production AI/ML or software shipping experience.
• Ability to work directly with customers and own complex problem-solving end to end.
• Strong judgment, high agency, and a bias toward execution in fast-moving environments.
• Genuine interest in helping customers succeed, not just shipping technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their workflows, data, and operational challenges.
• Design and build AI-powered solutions for enterprise use cases using HASH technology.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical plans and deployable systems.
• Work across knowledge graphs, structured/unstructured data, LLM-based workflows, and automation.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, implementation, and rollout with customer stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer teams, from operators to executives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to shape the platform based on customer needs.
• Define repeatable solution patterns, delivery playbooks, and best practices as we scale.
