Job summary

HASH in London is hiring Forward-Deployed Engineers to build real-world applications for customers using HASH's technology. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role at the intersection of AI, systems thinking, and problem-solving.

You’ll work with customers to understand their goals, translate problems into robust technical solutions, and deliver value quickly, shipping code and architecture alongside a broader team.

Qualifications

• Expert (Staff+) level knowledge of TypeScript.
• Ability to work directly with customers and own complex problem-solving end to end.
• Strong judgment, high agency, and a bias toward execution.
• Genuine interest in helping customers succeed, not just shipping technology.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers, act as a technical architect, and write code / develop solutions.
• Partner with customers to understand workflows, data, and challenges.
• Design and build AI-powered solutions using HASH for enterprise use cases.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical plans and deployable systems.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, implementation, and rollout with stakeholders.
• work with product, engineering, and research to shape the platform based on customer needs.
