You will balance customer care with hands-on responsibilities on-site, coordinating vehicle movements and assisting with parts and admin tasks, while collaborating with technicians and site leaders to maintain a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required for driving customer vehicles.
• Clear, professional communication in person and on the phone.
• Organised approach with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repair.
• Handle queries calmly and professionally, providing clear and timely responses.
• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously when required.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle movements and transport activity.
• Support site operations, including parts coordination and basic administration.
• Work closely with technicians, production teams and site leaders.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional site environment.
