Hollywood Bowl Group is recruiting a Team Member for our Basildon centres. In this fast-paced, customer‑driven role you will welcome guests, serve food and drinks, host parties and support other team members to ensure a memorable visit.

You will join a fun, energetic team with flexible weekend schedules. Training is provided, and you can access apprenticeships and our in-house management programmes as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Great customer service, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• High energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, supportive and helpful team player.
• Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers at reception and hosting parties or serving food and drink.
• Providing professional and engaging customer service while supporting the team.
• Working across key areas of the centre and assisting where needed.
• Possible placement in the Kitchen as required.
