Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited in Watford is seeking a Team Member to shine in our busy store. The role requires reliability to cover key weekday evenings and weekends, with shifts on Thursday, Friday and Sunday as listed in the posting.

You will deliver a friendly customer experience, maintain product knowledge, communicate effectively with the team, participate in training, and help with stock, store hygiene and opening/closing routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in all training opportunities provided and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks, setting a good example for the rest of the team.
• Adhere to all operational practices and procedures, e.g. stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store, including back of house areas.
• Support other stores where needed.
• Be aware of store sales targets and its current performance vs targets/company figures.
• Be aware of product best-sellers to support sales growth.
