Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous contact centre or call centre experience.
• Experience supporting customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly principles.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat.
• Providing accurate information and guidance to customers.
• Resolving queries efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Updating and maintaining customer records accurately.
• Investigating issues and identifying the best customer outcomes.
