Qualifications
Previous customer-facing experience.
Experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.
Ability to engage with customers in person or over the phone.
Strong time management and multitasking.
Willingness to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for customers in branch and over the phone.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored savings products.
Proactively reach out to customers to discuss support.
Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems, including vulnerable customers.
