Job summary

TWC Home Group is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to be the friendly, organised voice our customers rely on—from the moment their installation is booked, through aftercare. You’ll be the central point of contact between customers, installers, service engineers and the office team, ensuring every job runs smoothly and every customer feels well looked after.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm at Headlands Grove Trading Estate, SN2 7JQ.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy office.

Responsibilities

• Call customers ahead of installation to explain processes.
• Log and follow up on any concerns after installation.
• Schedule engineers' diaries and manage appointments.
