Group 1 Automotive in Chelmsford is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our multi-brand contact centre. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling calls and emails, and guiding customers to the right service or product while achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound & outbound telephone calls to existing customers (No Cold-Calling).
• Responding to customer email enquiries.
• Identifying customer needs and guiding towards the service or product that best meets their requirements.
• Providing a high level of customer service to retain business.
• Being organised and self-motivated to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
• Upsell additional Audi products.
