Arnold Clark Heathrow Car & Van Rental is seeking an organised Rental Customer Advisor to join our busy team. You will deliver excellent customer care in person and by phone, using strong communication and organisational skills to complete tasks efficiently.

The role requires a flexible, customer‑focused approach and a full UK driving licence. You may be asked to cover other branches as needed, working a 45‑hour week over five days with weekends on a rota.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues.
• Strong communication skills for face-to-face and telephone interactions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a consistently excellent level of customer care, both face to face and on the telephone.
• Use communication and organisational skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and control expenditure and run daily reports for action.
• Promote the branch and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Occasionally cover at other branches when needed.
