Crest Nicholson’s Eastern division is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join the Brentwood team, overseeing commercial management across developments from pre-construction to final account. You’ll handle procurement, cost planning, valuations and forecasting while protecting margins and managing risk.

We value extensive residential main contractor experience, COINS proficiency, and a numbers-driven mindset to lead a high-performing team and collaborate with regional colleagues and external partners.

Qualifications

• Senior Surveyor level qualifications expected within the industry.
• Experience with large-scale residential projects and main contractor environments preferred.
• COINS experience beneficial and aligns with our cost-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial management of developments from pre-construction through final account.
• Oversee procurement, cost planning, and subcontractor payments.
• Manage valuations, forecasting and contractual matters to protect margins.
• Collaborate with operational teams and external partners to drive value and risk control.
