Job summary

Love golf seeks a Customer Experience & Operations Manager for its premium golf venues in South West London. You will own the customer journey from enquiry to membership, drive commercial performance and oversee technology-led venues in largely unstaffed environments.

You will build a golfing community, manage partnerships and events, and contribute to growth with equity opportunities as the business expands. Direct collaboration with the founder offers strategic exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer experience or operations in leisure, fitness, golf or premium membership environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with membership sales, retention and engagement.
• Hands-on approach to facilities and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Owning the customer journey – from first enquiry and onboarding through to membership engagement, retention and repeat visits.
• Driving commercial performance – maximising membership opportunities, pay-as-you-go bookings and customer loyalty.
• Overseeing venue operations – ensuring the premium, technology-led facilities run smoothly in a largely unstaffed environment.
• Building a golfing community – supporting events, competitions, partnerships and member engagement.
• Helping raise awareness, attract new customers and build the brand.
