Asda Stores Ltd in West Bridgford is seeking a Customer Manager to be the store's main ambassador, driving the customer experience across service, back office, security and cleaning teams.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, develop your team, tackle price discrepancies, and implement actions based on customer feedback to deliver legendary service that makes shopping with Asda a standout experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a retail environment.
• Operational knowledge of retail environment and customer service.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact on the shopfloor, coaching the team and improving routines and processes.
• Drive great availability standards, accuracy and KRAs through daily routines.
• Engage with customers, respond to feedback and implement action plans.
• Ensure service across departments, from entry to checkout, with heart and pride.
