Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Dunfermline is seeking a Customer Manager who will be the main ambassador for delivering outstanding service across the store, from car park to checkout. You will lead the Service, Back Office, Security and Cleaning Teams, act on feedback, and hold regular customer listening groups with external partners to meet standards.

The role requires experience as a Team Leader or Manager in retail, strong communication, and the ability to develop teams, manage change, and keep

Qualifications

Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a retail environment.
Operational knowledge on retail environment and customer service.
Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
Strong customer service focus and positive mindset
Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Be ambassador for Asda and lead the store’s service, ensuring customers have the best experience from car park to checkout.
Lead and coach teams to improve routines and processes, driving availability and customer satisfaction.
Engage with customers and act on feedback, hosting listening groups and liaising with external partners to meet standards.
