Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as General Store Manager or Operations Manager leading diverse teams in a large-format retail environment.
• Strong operational knowledge across food and non-food departments with a track record of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Proven record of developing large teams and managing change through leadership and resilience.
• Experience managing complex ER cases and understanding HR policies and processes.
• Strong organisational skills and customer service excellence.
