About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries promptly, managing escalations and updating client files
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Customer Service Advisors both verbally and in writing
  • Distribute emails from the internal queueing system to the appropriate team members or departments
  • Ensure the CX Team logs and acknowledges all enquiries using company systems and portals
  • Analyze data to identify trends, assess customer satisfaction, and recommend improvements
  • Review industry trends and share insights to develop business recommendations
  • Develop initiatives to improve customer experience and reviews
  • Collaborate with Property Teams to enhance service delivery
  • Develop and adhere to SLAs for communication
  • Maintain knowledge of company processes to address customer enquiries effectively
  • Follow up promptly with customers as needed
