Job summary

Stellar Global, on behalf of Samsung Harrods in London, is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor passionate about people and technology. You will deliver a personalized in-store experience, demonstrate products, and support events.

The role is 30 hours/week with a 4-day schedule, flexible across Mon-Sun, and includes intensive training and onboarding. Competitive pay at £14.79/hour (£23,088/year equivalent) and commission opportunities.

We are looking for a driven part time Sales Advisor with a passion for people and technology to join our amazing team at Samsung, Harrods, London!

We offer:

• £14.80 per hour plus commission (£23 088 annual salary)
• 30 hours contract
• 4 days per week, fully flex Mon-Sun
• Permanent role ( 3 months probation period)
• Intensive training and onboarding

Overall purpose of the role:

As a Sales Associate you will be working in a diverse and knowledgeable Experience Team to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service at Samsung Harrods. Reporting into the Management Team, your role will be focused on ensuring that every customer entering the store enjoys a memorable, personalised experience, whilst developing your specialist skills to deliver top-tier product demonstrations.

Personal Specification (Knowledge/experience):

• Ideally experienced in luxury or high-end retail
• Passion for technology
• Driven and self-motivated
• Well organised and accountable for all responsibilities
• Experience in sales and/or customer service
• A natural people-person, with exceptional communication and presentation skills, for one-on-one or group interactions
• A true advocate for the brand, able to understand and define every customer’s specific needs and interests, and encourage them to be excited about the potential the brand’s products can offer in their lives - embedding a tangible sense of loyalty in every interaction
• An energetic, friendly and outgoing individual who values learning and knowledge
• Professional, and a team player - able to work as part of a diverse and varied team, collaboratively, always seeking to achieve the best possible results against KPIs, together
