• Must be super organised and able to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all administrative activities across the store.
• Work with the team to wow customers at every turn.
• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist with orders.
• Provide top-notch customer service for orders and post-sales help.
• Keep orders on track by liaising with suppliers and estimators.
• Oversee diaries of home consultants and fitting partners.
• Handle cash and daily banking securely.
• Update customers on order progress with Tapi charm.
• Conduct weekly stock takes and audits.
