Job summary

Tapi Carpets & Floors Limited is seeking a store-based role focused on exceptional customer service and smooth store operations. You’ll manage admin tasks, greet customers, assist with orders and after-sales queries, and support the team to deliver a great customer experience.

We value organisation, reliability and a friendly, proactive attitude. You’ll help manage diaries, liaise with suppliers and keep the store running efficiently to maintain our high Trust Pilot standard.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to stay organised and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Confident, proactive and with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Controlling all administrative activities across the store.
• Work with your store team to wow customers at every turn.
• Support store colleagues to meet and greet customers as they enter the store.
• Provide top notch customer service and assist with order completions and after-sales questions.
• Keep orders on track and liaise with suppliers, fitters and estimators.
• Oversee diaries of Home Consultants, Estimators and Fitting partners.
• Maintain control of company cash and daily banking.
• Keep customers updated on orders with Tapi charm.
• Undertake stock takes and audits weekly.
• Look for ways to improve store and service.
