Job summary

Honda Motor Europe provides an undergraduate placement in Business Management focused on delivering excellent customer experience across our European dealer network. You will analyse data, prepare insights, and support improvement initiatives for multiple markets.

The role combines office-based work with opportunities to visit other European sites and participate in events. You will work flexibly around core hours and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student seeking a work placement as part of their degree programme.
• Organised with ability to multi-task different priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willing to work in a team and with colleagues from other cultures.
• Studying towards a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Customer Experience, Business Analytics or another relevant subject.
• Proficient in MS Office packages to include PowerPoint and Excel.
• Prior experience in a customer-focused role.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe where required.

Responsibilities

• Promote the importance of Customer Experience within the wider Honda organisation.
• Undertake regular reporting and analysis to identify performance trends and insights.
• Provide operational support to suppliers and colleagues across the 17 local markets.
• Contribute ideas and support problem-solving initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Support project activities to help ensure the successful implementation of new and existing initiatives.
• Support the organisation and delivery of European events.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders at different levels across the business.
