Job summary

Honda Motor Europe Ltd is offering an undergraduate placement within the Legal Team. You will gain practical experience in legal reporting, compliance, and company secretarial matters across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, under supervision.

Join a dynamic in-house team and develop skills in documentation, research, and administrative support, with structured mentoring and potential line-management oversight.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree.
• Ability to deliver to deadlines with high quality.
• Strong legal research capability.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all work.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
• Experience using AI resources is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a log of legal support requests and provide a first response.
• Assist with company secretarial work and document notarisation.
• Coordinate legal reporting with Honda subsidiaries in EMEA.
• Become a super-user of Honda Contract Lifecycle Management system.
• Contribute to ad hoc legal, compliance and governance projects.
• Carry out legal research and assist with simple contracts.
• Manage accounting administration for the Legal Team (POs, invoices, payments).
• Provide admin support for quarterly Compliance Updates.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and training for colleagues.
• Support onboarding and IT access for new joiners.
• Monitor new legislation across the Region and prepare related documentation.
