Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in the United Kingdom. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events and serve food and drinks while keeping the centre clean and welcoming.

You'll work across activities like Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and Karaoke, with a focus on exceptional customer experiences and teamwork in a fun, fast-paced environment.
