HSBC Group is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver outstanding customer service in our branch network in Greater London. You will educate customers on digital platforms, promote fraud awareness and financial inclusion, and support those with complex needs.

The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:30, with training and potential branch rotations. Prior CS experience is helpful, and strong communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and empathy to engage customers.
• Ability to educate customers about HSBC digital services and fraud awareness.
