Sainsbury's is seeking a Customer Assistant to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced store environment. You will help shoppers, restock shelves, process purchases and use digital tools to assist customers. A positive, flexible team player with strong communication will thrive here.

You’ll work across store roles, gain product knowledge, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for every customer. Training and development are provided.

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever customers need you most, whether filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy and well-presented, and manoeuvring heavy loads to the correct store location.
• Building knowledge of our products, services and promotions to confidently make helpful recommendations to customers.
